Bring out your swords - it's time to defend the realm of Sigginstown Castle, and all of the lands around! This cotton T-shirt is royal blue with white image.
The front shows a knight on a horse, with a tower in the background. This image inspired by the 16th century DeBurgo manuscript. Text reads, "Defending the Realm at Sigginstown Castle"
The back shows one of the ladies inspired by Crathes castle paintings. She is the virtue Courage and holds a sword. Text reads (okay so we got a little enthusiastic here :-) "Sigginstown Castle. Where Courage is a Virtue. Along the Norman Way. On the Road to Paradise. In the Magical Land of Tacumshane
And the Ancient Barony of Forth. Co. Wexford. In the Sunny South-East of Ireland"
Sketches for the wall paintings in the lower hearth room by our frient, artist Veda Crewe.
Defending the Realm T-Shirt
These are 100% cotton T-shirts. They run generous, but may also shrink. These are silkscreened by us at the castle, and heat set. We recommend turning them inside out to wash, and line dry to minimize shrinkage, especially when they get annoyingly too short!
