Castle Studies Group Spring Conference 2027 Information

Castle Studies Group is an international organization of castle-lovers. We come from all backgrounds and many countries. You can learn more about this great group on the official website: https://castlestudiesgroup.org.uk.
Each year they host an annual conference and explore castles in the area. Many of the regions are in the United Kingdom, where a majority of members live. The last time the group visited Ireland was 2018 and the region was Cork. We saw many great castles on the tour and several members had a chance to visit Sigginstown Castle before we started work. CSG also funded a grant to date the wicker in our tower!
The format of the conference is basically this: Thursday afternoon we start and usually stay local, preferably walking together. On Friday and Saturday, we have full, long days on th…
