About the event
Come join us for our Hands & Heritage Festival at Sigginstown ! This Festival honors disapperaing skills in the modern age, and is mostly unplugged!
General Admission ticket on Saturday and Sunday is €10.00 and includes a variety of demonstrations from 12:00 to 5 p.m. including flax, fiber, dying, timber joinery, lime mortar, stonemasonry, hearth cooking in our new medieval kitchen area. Your general admission ticket includes an optional tour of the tower at 12:30 or 2:30 p.m. (we are selling specific tour tickets on that weekend). In the later afternoon on Saturday we will have Fran Scattergood and Stevo Murphy playing in the Coach House, and on Sunday the High Cs will do sea-shanties and possibly some other groups.
On Saturday night we are delighted to host a Music and Mummers Ball from 8-11 pm. We will have an open music session inbetween the mumming (please contact us in…
