About the event
Artist in the Communty Josephine Whitmore has been working with the Womens Collective Ireland (WCI) for a ten-week project about grief and healing. Each week the women meet at Sigginstown Castle to create an art piece from a vintage linen tablecloth. They are turning it into a river that flows into the sea. Josephine is the facilitator and they will be here to tell you about their project which is nearing completion. This event is free.
The Coach House Cafe is open 12-5 pm for beverages and home made cakes. You can also take an optional tour at 12:30 pm or 2:30 pm of the 16th century tower (€10 or €12 separate ticket).
Please do not turn down the Cul-De-Sac road or use Eircode as you will need to turn around. The main gate will be open which is on the Norman Way - use Google Maps for "Sigginstown Castle".…
